The Paradigm Design Solutions team is headed up by Gavin Willis. Gavin has more than 35 years experience working with and for the dental profession, creating innovatory dental cabinetry and designing practices and surgeries that reflect his understanding of practice procedure and protocol.

years of experience in designing dental practices, surgeries and reception
areas. Gavin has invaluable knowledge of practice workflow and a unique
ability to find space where none appears to exist.
Lee Lukins (Architectural Technician)
Lee is a most important member of our team. He is highly efficient at
producing Building Regulation Application drawings and has an excellent
working relationship with Building Regulation Inspectors
Darren Evans (Contract
Administrator & Architectural Technician)
Formally qualified in construction administration, Darren has a
formidable attention to detail and a good understanding of Building
Regulations> darren deals with our larger projects
Claire Beckhaus
(Interior Designer)
Claire combines her exceptional design skills with a genuine appreciation of
the practicalities of a working practice to ensure that functionality can
also have a touch of magic!
Julia Thurling (Graphic
Designer)
Julia is not only a very talented graphic designer, but a keen marketer.
This gives her the ability to capture the ethos of a practice with corporate
design and branding and translate this into every aspect of the way that
practice presents itself to its market
Tony Thurling MIPA (Marketing)
Like Gavin, Tony has more than 30 years experience of working with and for
the profession. A very creative thinker, he brings a massive wealth of
knowledge of all marketing disciplines to the table.
Sam Dalton (CAD
draughtsman & CDM Coordinator)
Using Solidworks and AutoCad Sam produces lovely images of surgeries and
rooms and understands the workings of a dental practice
Jayne Shingler (Customer
Liaison)
